In his talk, he explains the scientific foundations of how CO₂ affects the climate and highlights existing engineering solutions to tackle the problem. You’ll gain insights into how key terms such as carbon cycle, carbon sources and sinks, fossil resources, steel and concrete production, renewable energies, hydrogen, e-fuels, synthetic fuels, power-to-X, biofuels, and carbon capture are all connected to the challenges of climate change – and how they offer opportunities for action.
